Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Roxylab (roxylab.app, the "Service"). It is operated by TITUS TIMOTHY DAVID, doing business as Roxylab and Proxylang, Seoul, South Korea ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. What Roxylab does

You describe what you want to show, if you like, add your logo, photos, clips or website. Roxy, our AI director, writes a free outline. When you create the video, we write the script, record a synthetic voice, add music, sound and captions, build the scenes and render the video. You can then ask for changes in plain text and download the video.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older, and old enough to make a binding contract where you live.
• Sign in with an email code or with Google. Keep access to that email safe; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
• You are responsible for what is made with your account.

3. Credits, prices and refunds

3.1 Credits

Videos are paid for with credits. A 30-second video uses 10 credits; longer videos use more, and the Create button shows the exact number before you click it. Outlines before you create are free. Each video includes 10 AI edits.

3.2 Buying credits

Credits are sold in packs through Polar (Polar Software Inc.), our merchant of record. Polar handles checkout, payment, tax and invoices, and its own terms apply to the payment. Prices are shown before you pay and include or add tax as Polar shows at checkout.

3.3 Expiry

Credits never expire. They have no cash value and cannot be moved to another account.

3.4 Refunds

• You can get a refund of a credit purchase only if you have not made any video since that purchase. Email hello@roxylab.app.
• Once you make a video, credits are not refunded, used or unused, because every video's AI, voice and render costs are paid when it is made.
• If a video fails and we cannot finish it, its credits go back to your account.
• Nothing here limits refund rights you have by law where you live.

4. Your content

4.1 What you give us

You keep all rights to your ideas, logos, photos, clips and website content. You give us permission to use them only to make, store, show you and deliver your videos. If you share a video in the gallery (section 6), that permission also covers the gallery.

You promise that you own what you upload or have permission to use it, including the logos, photos and people in it, and that your video's claims (prices, offers, results) are true.

4.2 What we make for you

Once you download a video, you may use it for any lawful purpose, including social media and paid promotion on any platform. We do not add a watermark. Our music and voice providers license the generated sound for commercial use within their terms, and you may use the sound in your video.

The same AI may produce similar wording or layouts for other customers. You get no exclusive rights to general ideas, styles or stock elements.

4.3 AI output

Roxy's scripts, pictures and voices come from AI. They can contain mistakes. Watch your video before you publish it, and check that every fact, price and name is right. You are responsible for the videos you publish and for following each video platform's rules.

5. What you may not make

Do not use Roxylab to make videos that:

• use another company's brand, logo or product as if they were yours, or infringe anyone's copyright or trademark
• show or imitate a real person's face or voice without their consent, or pretend that a real person endorses you
• make false or misleading claims, including fake reviews, fake prices or fake results
• promote anything illegal where it will be shown, or weapons, drugs, gambling or adult content
• contain hate, harassment, violence or content harmful to children
• are political or election content

We may refuse to make a video, or stop an account, that breaks these rules. Credits for a refused video go back to your account.

6. The gallery

If you tick "Share my video in Roxylab's gallery", you allow us to show that video on roxylab.app and in Roxylab's own marketing, free of charge, until you ask us to stop. Ask us any time and we take it down.

7. Files and deletion

We delete uploads and videos 30 days after the final render and email you 3 days before. Download what you want to keep. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Availability

We work to keep Roxylab running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Making a video usually takes 10 to 20 minutes and can take longer at busy times. We may change or end features; if we close the Service, we refund credits you bought and have not used.

9. Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". AS FAR AS THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSSES FROM VIDEOS YOU PUBLISH. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover our costs if someone makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded or a video you published in breach of these terms.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. Credits are refunded only under section 3.4. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used for fraud or card testing.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Using Roxylab after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the courts of Seoul, South Korea, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them at home.
